PACKAGED WASTEWATER TREATMENT – CCS Series
G WATER’s CCS packaged wastewater treatment plants offer a compact, “plug-and-play” solution for both sanitary and industrial wastewater treatment. These units utilize activated sludge with extended aeration to deliver odorless operation and high-quality effluent, while minimizing excess sludge for disposal.
Pre-designed and prefabricated in-house, the CCS units are partially operational upon delivery, ensuring quick and easy on-site installation. Their modular design provides flexibility to accommodate varying flow and load requirements. Most of the electromechanical, mechanical, and electrical components are pre-assembled, significantly reducing installation time, civil works, and earth movement.
The compact, rectangular design maximizes space efficiency, reducing the footprint and ancillary yard piping, which allows clients to optimize land use for other needs. The flexible design also supports integration of additional treatment processes, such as Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR), tertiary treatment, and disinfection (UV or chlorination), based on client requirements. Upon request, G WATER can also provide MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) and SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) units for more specialized treatment needs.
Equipped with high-quality components, the CCS units can also be enhanced with advanced process control and automation features for ease of operation.
